Come on your own or with a group of friends. Comfortable clothes essential for added contentment! If you’re coming solo and feeling a bit hesitant, please let me know beforehand so I try and put you at ease.

Come & gather for conversations and friendships over cake and share the love of creating something simple and unique in the company of others.
Join us for relaxed, informal gatherings in my Potting Shed at the Rectory in Flaxton, just on the outskirts of York. There are cosy corners to gather around the log burner and enjoy good company, tea, and cake, as well as a long refectory table that comfortably seats ten for creating together. Each gathering includes a small creative project. Please note there’s no expert tuition—just me, with plenty of ideas and enthusiasm!
The Potting Shed is a space where we can support and be inspired by one another. A place to share creative ideas, to share recipes, wellbeing & lifestyle tips, life hacks and good reads. It’s relaxed and informal and simply about being together, lifting each other up and eating delicious cake!
